On the family day, Coca-Cola employees and their families were introduced to the new office building located in Rotterdam, city of the ‘urban vibes’. The event was therefore divided into three themes: urban sports, urban farming and urban art. Activities included 3D graffiti spraying, roller skating, crafting flower pots, free-running workshop and basketball. The little ones could also cuddle with kids and rabbits, while the other family members could quietly discover the new workplaces. Upon entering, they received a book with stories about Coca-Cola and the new building, with which the children could complete the missing images in this book as a souvenir by means of a sticker hunt through the building.
Dr2 Events & Campaigns was responsible for the total concept. From idea to the translation into and elaboration of the workshops, entertainment, signing, decoration, registration and communication.
